LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. CAROCHI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

We kindly ask that you double-check your address before placing your order. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for more information.

ITEM INCORRECT OR DAMAGED

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Note: We may not be able to resolve issues reported after 48 hours, due to limited inventory and order processing timelines.
